   The Curse of Anxiety

It never stops. It goes by itself. It starts the very minute you wake up to yet another day. Another day on the treadmill of life. Things to do that must be done. Get up. Get ready. Get out. Keep them happy. Do what you get paid for. The target has to be met, or better still, exceed it. Then they will set another one. You have to make sure you're not the one they dispose of in the next staffing restructure. Bills have to be paid. Lose that house and you lose everything. The car is not running so well. The train is behind its time and you will be late again. They want you to work from home but you don't have a room, and what about the kids. You're looking forward to that holiday so much, but what if it turns into a disaster? Sometimes they do. If you could just be certain that your kids will be ok. There's shopping to be done later. Less to spend this week. Not sure if there's going to be enough.
